Evaliant Media Resources Acquired By CMR Parent Company, TNS, Acquires Business and Assets of Leading International Provider of Online Advertising Data NEW YORK, NY (June 11, 2002) -- CMR, the leading provider of strategic advertising and marketing communications information, today announced that its parent company, Taylor Nelson Sofres (TNS), has acquired the business and assets of Evaliant Media Resources LLC (Evaliant).
